I originally brought the car in for Check Engine Light, engine noise, and "A" Service. It turned out to be a lot worse than I thought. Major engine problems. Ms. Segovia assisted me in getting a rental vehicle during the time the car was in the shop, and kept me appraised on a daily basis on the progress of the repairs. My Extended Warranty company, Route 66, and Ms. Segovia worked closely throughout the repair process to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly.
