The Best Operated Dealership Ever In close to 50 years of driving I have NEVER encountered a dealership as well run from top to bottom as Coral Gables Mercedes,and I have driven luxury In close to 50 years of driving I have NEVER encountered a dealership as well run from top to bottom as Coral Gables Mercedes,and I have driven luxury shocked for most of my life. The people are friendly, courteous, and efficient. Everyone is nearly attired; not a shirttail out or a dirty sleeve. You are in and out within record time - every single time you stop by. Whether for a scheduled service appointment to a stop-by for a warning light or low tire, you are promptly met and the matter handled. My last car was a BMW and it was easily an hour to drop off the car for scheduled appointment and an absurdly long process for a loaner. Worse was picking up the car, which took 40 minutes if lucky - with 30 waiting for valet to get it. Here the entire process is 5-10 minutes; sometimes I have to run to get a coffee or water before the car arrives (5 minutes after payment with no waiting in line). And the car comes with a cold bottle of water in it. Incredible! Employees seem happy and more importantly, proud to work there. The personal touch I feel I get from my serví lice rep, Dave Gosset, is beyond words. In short I have repeatedly told my wife this service alone could convince me to purchase another Mercedes (although I adore my 2017 E300). The thought of returning to Braman BMW and losing this service will undoubtedly find me getting another Mercedes. Again, I’ve lived in MI and FL and have never ever seen or heard of such a well run dealership. My compliments to the managers and owners! More
