Purchase of a new car for my wife. I visited the Mercedes Benz of Coral gables with my wife to replace her car (lease to expire in one week). The customer service and attention were exc I visited the Mercedes Benz of Coral gables with my wife to replace her car (lease to expire in one week). The customer service and attention were excellent, gone are those days when a sales Rep. would put pressure on buyers to, almost, force them to buy a car. No pressure of any kind, we selected a car and discussed price and payments, within a few minutes we were all in agreement. Some dealerships still do not get it and train their sales fore to practically attack their customers forcing them to make a quick decision. The less pressure a sales person puts on a customer the more comfortable that customer feels to sit and negotiate, that is what we experienced during this process, no pressure at all. More
