I gave a realistic price that another dealership was offering he matched it within a minute and we proceeded to Financial Consultant Rosa Soriano- Now this is where things get even better. Usually when you see a financial manager you spend in the room for one hour sales tactics by warranty paint protection etc...however Rosa was very straightforward made me feel comfortable about option packages i had, no pressure, and I was able to purchase what i wanted and was done with process quickly. By The time I went upstairs everything was already ready printed and efficiently done...She was also one of the few financial personnel that explained all fees in detail step by step and was extremely dedicated professional way beyond any financial personnel I have ever met including prior experience w Audi BMW and for the past year’s Mercedes.
