My service advisor, Jesus Romero, has always kept on top of the repairs, advising me of the progress throughout. The system for obtaining a loaner has been greatly improved . Where before there was always a wait, now you are escorted to the counter, show your licenses, insurance and credit card and are immediately escorted to your loaner which, in my case, was the latest version of the car I was driving. While servicing a car is never entirely convenient, Mercedes of Coral Gables has made it as easy as possible. More
