Florian is a class act. He was patient, informative, and not pushy, the opposite of what you expect from a person in his field. He made the process as effortless as possible. Florian personally delivered my car to me on a Saturday evening in a busy area of South Beach where he took the time to put my license plate on, set me up on the Mercedes App and review the features of the car with me again. Monday morning he called me to check in and see how my initial experience was and if I had any questions about the car. This is what sets sales people apart from the norm.
