From the moment I stepped into his office, during 2 test drives and walking the lots and garages nothing felt pushed. I had questions, he had answers. Alberto has been handling my complain with both Mercedes Benz of North America and Germany since they already installed a new transmission in my car and the vehicle keeps doing the same thing. During these months Alberto has not only demonstrated he is an excellent mechanic but also a very good proof of what a Department Manager should do to please a customer and be courteous to him.
