Early in the morning Dave offers an update of what’s going on so you never have to wonder or hunt him down. In the past I’ve had to call many times and leave messages for my service advisor who would take his sweet time to return my call then said he had to get an update on the vehicle and call me back. I am so elated to have had such a different experience.
