I have been dealing with Stephanie for the last several years and I must say she is impeccable! Her customer service skills are A+ as well as personable. I was at a lunch in Miami and came out to find a flat tire. The dealership closed at 4pm and it was 230pm. It was a nervous 6mile ride over but I got to the dealership and 3 and Rosie and her team made tire. The dealership closed at 4pm and it was 230pm.
