When I crashed my car recently, the first person I knew I had to call was Jose. When I said ”hello” crying, the first thing he said was, ”Gaby, are you okay?”. Yesterday, I went in because two days ago I got had to call was Jose. When I said ”hello” crying, the first thing he said was, ”Gaby, are you okay?”. Yesterday, I went in because two days ago I got a flat tire. And although it was a crazy hectic day at the dealership, Jose once again took the time to ensure that I was okay. There are no words to explain how it feels to be seen not just as a client but as a human being. He genuinely cares about everyone he helps. What I mostly love about Jose is that he is honest, straightforward, and efficient. He shares and communicates with me what’s wrong with the car, what needs to be change or done, and the cost. I have never received this kind of service anywhere else. More
