I am very thankful with Jose Artiles, this is my second time that I come to The Mercedes-Benz Coral Gables and has been my car adviser. I had an miss understanding with the request of courtesy vehicle that time that I come to The Mercedes-Benz Coral Gables and has been my car adviser. I had an miss understanding with the request of courtesy vehicle that wasn’t available and he was very honest about the situation to the point that he offered to take me anywhere if I needed and also put me in a waiting list for the courtesy vehicle, that I was granted at the end I did not need it; while he was very diligent giving me updates about my car service and my comfort. Flo is a great guy and not your typical pushy only out for his commission type of guy. He cares, is patient and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor.
