Alex Morales was a great service rep. However, I had issues with the loaner vehicle - there was a miscommunication and error in the system causing me to be charged the wrong amount. I addressed the issu issues with the loaner vehicle - there was a miscommunication and error in the system causing me to be charged the wrong amount.
