She was very easy to work with and very easy to get along with. She was extremely down to earth and despite me not purchasing my vehicle from her( I took my car in for service, and was interested in trading in) she treated me like I was her very own customer. She took charge over my issue and really worked hard to get me a solution. She was easily accessible whenever I had a question or issue and made the entire process manageable and bearable. She was very skilled and knowledgeable and I'm forever grateful. It's funny, prior to me taking my car in for servicing I called the dealership and spoke to the receptionist whose name happened to be Abby also....when I got there i asked for Abby, and by me not knowing last names at that time they assumed I was speaking of the sales associate.....that assumption caused me to gain a friend and a new sales associate because I will be back to get my car from Abby! The dealership had a courtesy Service Clinic day on Saturday (Mar 7) that identified needed service. I was able to schedule the service for Monday (Mar9) at a very convenient time (for me). It is great to have a dedicated service time rather than a "cattle call" time like you find at other dealerships. Customer service is a big deal with me; and MB of Columbus has outstanding customer service. The technicians are top-of-the-line and the quality of work is impeccable. Moreover, the technicians will take the time to explain the needed service(s), why it's needed, and let you know how long it should take, and answer all your questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and there are also complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi availability. From the time you drive up, to the time you drive out, these folks are truly trying to put the customer first in their Customer Service. Awesome!! More
