My wife told me under no circumstances should I talk to the general manager. She talked to her already and she didn’t resolve anything. The General manager only said exactly what the service manager said like it was rehearsed. Bottom line is that $600 for that B service is last $600 mercedes-Benz of Columbus will ever get from me.
