Kyle Lawrence & Mallorie Triebush made me feel so relax & so stress free. They talk me threw all the steps,Kept contact of the out come of the work progress. They put me in a loner that was suitable for my needs, & for my visit here in Columbia,Missouri. I have never in my life felt so taken advantage of. leaving out the details, I have been around high end cars all my life and I have never seen a more rag tag service dept. Mercedes should be ashamed t leaving out the details, I have been around high end cars all my life and I have never seen a more rag tag service dept. Mercedes should be ashamed to have their name anywhere with in 100 miles of that place. And that is putting it nice. There was however one nice guy named Chris that tried to patch up the damage that was done. If I had any advice to Chris, Get away from that place. I guess thats what you get when the dealer has a tiny Mercedes Symbol eclipsed by a Cadi, Mazda, and Kia sign. All in all, shame on me for going! More
