First ever pleasant car buying experience! I took my daughter to Mercedes to look for her first car and I was referred to David. He was knowledgable, friendly, and funny! He explained the details of the cars we looked at, like future servicing costs, maintenance schedules, etc. He was patient with all of our questions as well. He's called me on several occasions to see how my daughter liked her car and how she was doing in general. He even remembered that she would be starting school soon and called afterward to see how it was going! It was such a fantastic experience that I actually started looking for a different car for myself and ending up buying again! Pretty soon I plan on taking my son in for his next car. I have owned several vehicles in my life and dealt with numerous salesmen, some ok, & some not so pleasant.
