He even smelled the car for me and talked one of his colleagues into "showing" me via video how easily a grown man could come in and out of the way back! When the car arrived, it was just as described (including scent free!). If anything, he went way out of his way to make sure I knew of the tiniest scratch. Even after I Purchased the car she still keeps in contact with me asking how I'm liking it and how it's doing. Which is extremely rare. Most sales assoicates go radio silent after you purchase your car. I'm so happy with the amount of service I recieved. We did every over text and the car and paper work was ready when I got to the dealership. I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend Joe Machens and especially Mercedes and Paula Chapman.
