Having reacently moved to The Lake Of The Ozarks we decided to look into a new dealership. I spoke with Charles England and he made that choice to make the move very easy. He was rite on top of all of my questions getting the answers I asked for in a very prompt and thorough mannner. We set an appointment to come in and look at a few cars just to see which direction we wanted to go with our next new vehicle. After spending a few hours with Charles and the rest of the staff we drove home in our new 2018 E400 coupe. It was a great experience, the facility and staff were excellent. Great car buying experience!!! 5 Stars! We found the car we wanted, on line, and dealt with Charles via phone, text, and email. We were buying a used Cadillac, so we had more questions than we would have buying a new car. Charles went out of his way to get us the information, including texting additional pictures of the car, we needed to make the deal. We traveled about a 100 miles on Saturday morning to finalize our purchase, and Charles had everything ready and waiting. Drove the car, sealed the deal, with the help of Gus, and completed the financing and paper work with Dan. Every part of the process was top notch, pleasant, and fun! I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially these fine gentlemen. More
