We decided this purchase would be at a different dealership. We sought out recommendations from friends and heard good things about Zac Nichols at Mercedes-Benz of Columbia. I was looking for a specific vehicle and had particular requests in options. Zac was completely up to the challenge, found me a vehicle match via text (my preference) within minutes, and we picked it up for an extended test drive within the hour, keeping it overnight was a welcome bonus. Zac and his team sought competitive financing from various lenders with whom they have relationships in order to meet our specific financial needs and personalize our bottom line. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would purchase from Zac and MBoC again if the need arises. More

Great overall experience We purchased a 2013 Ford C-Max from this dealership a few weeks ago. I called them ahead of time about the particular car we wanted to test drive and We purchased a 2013 Ford C-Max from this dealership a few weeks ago. I called them ahead of time about the particular car we wanted to test drive and Charles England had the car ready to go when we arrived. After the test drive, we went in and discussed the price which went much smoother and pressure free compared to other dealerships we had went to before. The process was also very quick, less than an hour which was very much appreciated. Once we settled on a price we took the car home for an extended test drive and to have our mechanic look the car over before purchasing. Mechanic had only noticed the rear shocks on the vehicle would need replaced at some point in the near future which when we came back to purchase the vehicle we negotiated to have them replaced included with the price of the car. Danh Do was very efficient in getting the financing portion done quickly. There was a mishap with this portion in that they thought our agreement was only to have their technicians to inspect the rear shocks and not actually replace them even though we tried to make clear that it was to replace them when we were purchasing. So, when we brought the car in for the shocks to get replaced they were just inspecting them. After discussing this misunderstanding with Charles, he worked with the service department to get an appointment scheduled to have the rear shocks replaced for free like we had originally thought. We had dropped the car off this morning and they gave us a loaner vehicle for the day while they replaced the shocks for free. Small misunderstanding but Charles worked extremely hard to make it up to us and stick to his word on the original agreement and we couldn't be happier now. We felt like this experience was better than our expectations and overall enjoyed working with Mercedes Benz in Columbia. Thank you. More

Good Customer Service When I saw the car I wanted to look at was at the Mercedes-Benz dealership, I was originally offput. I figured I would be dealing with snobby salespersons who seemed as though I was wasting their time buying this car. That was not at all what I experienced. Every employee we talked to went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had plenty of water (it was so hot). I worked with Charles England who was very friendly and personable. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. For financial, we worked with Danh Do, who explained everything step by step to me. Overall, it was a quick, efficient, and painless process. More

A terrible storm occurred on our way there. Zac phoned midstream to check on us! We drove the car, but could not come to an agreement, but left on very friendly terms. Danh Do, the finance manager came out to express his appreciation for the opportunity to do business with us. The following day we again called Zac and continued to negotiate, finally coming to an deal acceptable to all. When we arrived at the dealership to finalize the paperwork, it was all ready for us as was the car, beautifully detailed and full od gas!! I totally recommend this dealership and its staff.
