We stopped by the dealership on our way to look at a long list of vehicles elsewhere and it ended up being our first and last stop. We were treated extremely kindly. We had our 4 children with us and Zac treated them to drinks and cotton candy so it made the car buying experience fun for them and so much easier for us. I put in a request for an appointment at 10pm on a Friday night and got a text back within minutes from Zac Nichols to arrange a time on Saturday to see the car. Was very impressed with the quick response and even more impressed with the service we received upon visiting the dealership. Zac was very easy to work with... informative and helpful making it a very comfortable experience. We were also impressed with the dealership. It was clean, quality of cars on the lot was great, and seemed like a very low pressure environment. When it finally came time to talk about the price, they made a very competitive offer without all the back and forth that we received from the other places. Dahn Do was also great to deal with in the final sale of the car. I would recommend this crew to anyone and would definitely like to work with them in the future! More

EXCELLENT SALES SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE I wanted to purchase a Mercedes from a FIVE STAR RATED DEALERSHIP. We live in Indiana and I called Zac Nichols to talk to him about maybe taking the I wanted to purchase a Mercedes from a FIVE STAR RATED DEALERSHIP. We live in Indiana and I called Zac Nichols to talk to him about maybe taking the five hour drive to their dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Zac answered everyone of my questions, called me back several times, was extremely detailed in what they had in inventory and how he could help me get into the car I wanted. My husband and I drove 5 hours and IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!!! Zac Nichols met every requirement that I was asking for, along with the sales managers Scott Calhoun and Gus Aslanidis. At the end of the day, Chris Yllescas from the service Department stayed late to make sure I had my running boards and tires, Chris made sure we got everything we needed on the vehicle and this was after working hours. As we were leaving the owner RUSTY DREWING came in and greeted us and wanted to be sure we got everything we needed along with giving my husband a great gift! I can't say enough about this dealership. We have bought Mercedes in New York and Dallas and never had this kind of service!!!
