Highly recommended!!! I Live a block away from the biggest Mercedes Dealer in Chicago. So when I was looking to Purchase a New GLE. I was expecting for this to be EASY. W I Live a block away from the biggest Mercedes Dealer in Chicago. So when I was looking to Purchase a New GLE. I was expecting for this to be EASY. Well I was wrong. After spending hours/ weeks getting no where with them, and not being able to locate a car for me with specific options I wanted anywhere in IL. I searched nationwide for my Vehicle. When I found the Right Vehicle that seemed to have everything I wanted at Mercedes Of Columbia. I immediately called them, and was greeted on the other end by salesman Zac Nichols. We briefly talked, to see if the vehicle was available. He sent me over the build sheet to make sure It had everything I wanted. After Exchanging a few texts, I committed to buying the car and came down to close the deal a day later. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted By Zac, He had the car Sparkling and Ready to Go. It looked even better in person. We went for a test drive, and checked out the vehicle. I sat down with Danh in finance for the paperwork. He was Great, he had everything prepared and made the whole process very fast and simple. Zac was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and all of the options. He even showed me how to use alot of the functions. We tested some of the Self parking capabilities in the parking Lot. He even helped set up the Mercedes ME App for me as well. He was in constant contact before and after the sale. I would highly recommend Zac and this Dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I am about to go check to make sure the vehicle is in my garage and I am not dreaming this.
