This dealership has earned my business. Zac Nichols has done a fantastic job with every aspect of this sale. I have purchased 6 new Benz's from my home town dealer but will be returning to Zac in Columbia done a fantastic job with every aspect of this sale. I have purchased 6 new Benz's from my home town dealer but will be returning to Zac in Columbia, Mo from now on. I made one call to this dealership and was lucky enough to have reached Zac. Did I mention that I've never met him? I live about 160 miles away from this dealership and Zac had the car delivered to my driveway. Not only did he save me thousands of dollars over my home town dealer, he delivered on everything he promised. No games, no stress. Wonderful experience. Even though we've never met, I feel like I have a friend in the Mercedes business. Thank you again for all you have done. I'll be talking to you again next year when it's time for the next one! More

Tuff year with COVID 19 and it really slowed the build of my vehicle. From January to August. The dealership could have done to keep me posted rather than me having to call or email them. The most inconveniencing thing was I gave up my trade in January with the expectation of having a new vehicle in March/April. More

I really appreciated how everyone was polite and respectful. I knew exactly what I wanted before coming in and the team listened to me. Kofi set me up!! I had no idea I was going to be going home in the car of my dreams yesterday, but he made me a deal I couldn’t possibly refuse!!
