We purchased a van from this dealership on August 12, 2025, and it wasn’t delivered until September 9—after multiple delays and very poor communication. During the process, we were in contact with Randy and David, who repeatedly assured us that any transportation and rental costs would be reimbursed. It’s now late October, and no reimbursement has been made despite multiple follow-ups. When the van was finally delivered by a third-party trucking company, there were visible scratches all around the roof, which the delivery driver confirmed on the spot. Both Randy and David acknowledged the issue and said they would file an insurance claim and arrange repairs, but nothing has been done to address the damage. To make things worse, the van cannot pass the SMOG check, and the check engine light came on shortly after we first drove it. We took it to Autobahn Motors, a certified Mercedes-Benz service center, where it has been sitting for over six weeks with no resolution. Meanwhile, we are: Paying monthly financing for a vehicle we cannot use Losing business income due to lack of transportation Unable to register the vehicle with the DMV Spending an unreasonable amount of time and stress trying to get help This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Randy and David have stopped providing meaningful updates, and the dealership has taken no responsibility for these ongoing problems. We strongly recommend that others avoid this dealership. More
