Service Department Over a 16 month period I have probably been there about 6 times. Every time it has been slow, and the people are different. Speed and consistency is what I always enjoyed at Lexus. I bought a $116,000 car from this dealership and it took over a week to get an appointment so I could get a courtesy car. Not good.
