I was very dissatisfied with the timing of my vehicle brought in on December 4th. They did tell us that they didn't know when they would get to check my vehicle to see what was wrong with it. When they did call to tell us, my husband came to pick up the vehicle and the antenna cover was broken or stolen off of my car and the bubble that goes over the sun visor was knocked off and put in the backseat without letting us know what happen. The service rep told my husband that they would order a new antenna cover. He had known explanation as to why the sun visor bubble was in the back seat. More
