Armande is aware of this and yet acts accordingly with a disgusting attitude. I’ve had my car less than a month and I’ve been through xxxx and back to get a car tag/ registration. I’ve drove over 1200 miles just to be turned around because John says, OOPS I forgot to give some of your ppwk!!! Please take your business to another Mercedes-Benz if one is near. More

Great troubleshooting! My car had an intermittent idling problem with no trouble code recorded. The service advisor asked what seemed at the time to be a 100 questions but it was the answers to those questions that helped in finding and resolving the problem. More
