Sprinter repair I needed a repair on my sprinter RV. I was traveling through Memphis & called here. I was able to make and made a same day appt. It took 6 hrs to repair my RV but fortunately all was covered under warranty. The staff was friendly, kept me updated throughout the day and showed me how to reset a DEF light when needed in the future. Professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommend for service. Jeff was the superb mechanic who worked on our vehicle and Brady (service advisor) was also excellent. More

There was an incredible amount of inventory so there were a lot of vehicles, with the options I wanted, to choose from. Basil, the Sales Rep., greeted me immediately but was not pushy or overbearing. He was extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge of Mercedes products. He listened to what my needs and wants were and helped me find the car that was right for me. Richard Kraft, the Finance Manager, was also very professional and made signing off on the deal a pleasure. I have been a VW Audi customer for 10+ years so I was not real familiar with Mercedes products. Rebecca Bowley, the Product Concierge, knew the functions of the car inside out and backwards. She was also very patient while I got myself oriented. She was a great help in getting me ready to drive off the lot. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish and I will definitely be recommending Mercedes-Benz of Collierville to family, friends and co-workers. More
