Unsatisfactied customer My car buying experience has been horrible, I was there 9 1/2 hours to make my purchase. I notified Mr.Danny two days after I made my purchase to let My car buying experience has been horrible, I was there 9 1/2 hours to make my purchase. I notified Mr.Danny two days after I made my purchase to let him know there were a few rock chips in the window and a small rattle. It took almost a month to get my car into service. I have never received my other key it’s always in someone office that’s gone. I was promised my sd card from Mr.Danny and also Mr.Harold. Mr Harold called me a day or so later to ask me what could he do to assure I gave all tens on there report card, do to him witnesses his self the problems I were having. He came and introduced him self to diffuse the situation my husband was upset about all the run arounds.Harold called someone while I was on the phone for my Sd card and said he could send someone out. I told him I was scheduled to bring my car in finally for service. So he replied well we wait til you get your car service to make sure you were happy.I pick my car up the asked Mr. Harold about my Sd card he said I broke the deal! So was that a bribe? I wrote down the dates and problems that I have been having because there has been thing after thing. I thought with me being so excited to buy a Benz it would be a great experience it hasn’t been good at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to that location. Clarence Mitchell is a first-class salesman who was very helpful in letting me view and test drive the car quickly. He also ensured the servicing of the used car was excellent and even had a small dent removed from the hood! His excellent service and no pressure sales are top notch and deserve recognition. I would also like to give kudos to the service department as my car was spotless, had a dent removed, and was ready when I was told. The detail with which they executed the turnaround of a used car was better than I had ever experienced. Finally, Rich in financing was helpful in finding a good rate and did not pressure me to buy add-ons that I did not want (there was nothing he could have said to convince me to purchase them and I appreciated him recognizing that early). Exceptional Service On January 8th, I took my car in for my 10K miles service maintenance. My service rep was very courteous. Once the appointment was set I got an auto On January 8th, I took my car in for my 10K miles service maintenance. My service rep was very courteous. Once the appointment was set I got an automatic email within seconds detailing my appointment date time and purpose. Upon my arrival I was politely greeted by a service team member who connected me with my service advisor. My service was completed within the timeframe specified upon my arrival. The personnel at this location has always been very courteous even when I was coming in just for a car wash. As other individuals came into the service area, I noticed how they were handled, The Service team advisor would make sure that they understood in detail what needed to take place to handle their issue, and explained to them in detail their charges with an attitude of excellence. I just love this location because of the friendliness of the staff regardless of what area you have need. You also get a notification email as to when your service is completed and the total amount of charges. The personal care that I received made me feel real special. More

I had to have my gas door repaired. I rated the quality of my experience as Excellent due to the friendly customer service I received and my interactions with Mr. Brian.
