Great Sales and Service Experience This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. Why? Because their people are AWESOME and their focus on Customer S This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Collierville. Why? Because their people are AWESOME and their focus on Customer Service is the best I have ever seen at a car dealership ANYWHERE!!! From the General Manger to the Lot Porters, they are all focused on providing a Great Customer Experience. For example, we were there for service and they were really busy; we saw Armandi Hajdini (General Manager) hustling to bring several cars up from the car wash and even towel drying them on the Service Drive to reduce customer's wait time. I am not an impulse buyer and usually shop for four to six months before buying a vehicle. After researching pre-owned vehicles in a 200 mile radius of Memphis, Mercedes-Benz of Collierville had the BEST Deal (lower miles, lower price, and their vehicle was Certified). Test drove it Saturday and bought the vehicle that Monday. Real ENJOYED working with Doug Shinholt (Sales Consultant), Harold Williams (General Sales Manager) and Rich Kraft (Finance Manager). Based on my buying and service experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Collierville, over the past five years, I can CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND this dealership. You will receive a level of PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL attention that will definitely make you say... WOW!!! More
Extremely rude customer service department-Shawn In the past I have had work done on my Mercedes at Mercedes of Collierville. This was under the factory warranty. We have moved on to the extended warranty and from the time I sat down today, Shawn made it very clear he did not want to work on my car, with my warranty company or myself. He even went so far as to have me ask the warranty company how much of an hourly rate they paid??? Why he could not call and discuss the specifics I will never know. Extremely unprofessional. Also, he seemed to be exceptionally worried that I would not be able to pay the difference in the hourly rate my warranty company paid and what they charged?? Extremely unprofessional. Reading other reviews now, I see that I am not the only one that has dealt with Shawn that has experienced his unprofessionalism and rudeness. More
Horrible customer service I am not sure how this dealer has these good reviews. My experience has been the opposite, the service department is a mess. They do not answer the phone, MBrace people could not get to them for me to ask about my car which was towed to them and for three days I can not get an answer what is wrong with it. I left a message for the general manager and he never called me back. They tell you they will call you with an update and they never do. Worst experience ever. More
