I had to make s Do not go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. It was a nightmare. Getting in contact with anyone via phone is almost impossible. I had to make special trips up there just for information that could have been communicated to me over the phone. I was promised that they would repair the lift gate that wasn’t functioning when I purchased the vehicle. I waited 3 weeks for a part and no one ever let me know it arrived. I called the person who sold me the vehicle Christie Weldon. She said she would check and never got back with me. Hours later I called service and they said they would get with her and someone would call back. That never happened. I called multiple times the next day trying to find out if the part had made it and absolutely no one returned my calls. I had to drive an hour just to have them tell me it was there. The service mgr Seth gave me his number and told me to let him know when I could come in. I text him on a Wednesday and asked if the next day would be fine. He said of course. I get there that morning only to be told I had to make an appointment. I absolutely lost it. This dealership allowed nothing but frustration for myself, the customer. The only person who actually followed thru with his call back commitments was my service writer John G. He was wonderful. I finally get my vehicle back a week later with a functioning lift gate. 53 days later from my date of purchase and I still had no tags! First they couldn’t secure the title to the vehicle they had already sold to me. The title clerk said she would call back with an update. Maintaining their current track record, that call of course never happened. A week later I call back multiple times and finally someone answers(voicemail was full so leaving a message was not an option.) Wednesday she said they would try to have it Friday and if not then early the next week. The following Thursday rolls around and of course still no tags. Lisa finally got some course of action and I received my tags Saturday. She only helps at that location and thank goodness she intercepted my call. This place is so poorly ran. I have never had a more terrible experience. Go anywhere but here! More

Classy dealership! They make it so easy to buy a new car. My husband had an appointment for some scheduled service on his Mercedes. While there I got interested in a special offer the dealership had on some sedans on the lot, We took a test drive, asked a few questions, and left for another appointment. Between our salesperson and the sales manager, we felt they made us a terrific offer so we came back and signed the paperwork that afternoon. Everyone was very professional I used USAA buying program and they didn't seem to understand how the program worked. I chose to use USAA financing because they could operate around I used USAA buying program and they didn't seem to understand how the program worked. I chose to use USAA financing because they could operate around the current issues, and my car insurance was with them. They knew at this point the had been cars total. The Manager said they could beat the interest rate and promise they would be using inhouse financing, and stated they would not process through the credit bureau. Which was important to me because I knew the current car would still be showing as debt and would not give me the financing needed to purchase the new vehicle. This was not the case, in fact, I have received two letters declining the loan, which means my credit was ran more than once. This actions has cause a delay in my financing another project. But again this was not the salesman fault it was the manager. More
