When the service was finished, he called and arranged a time for me to pick up. He personally did a service follow up with me. Extremely disappointed in this service department I have a 2012 C250 and have taken my car into Mercedes Benz of Collierville for over 4 years. 90% of the time I have taken my car in for a problem and I have a 2012 C250 and have taken my car into Mercedes Benz of Collierville for over 4 years. 90% of the time I have taken my car in for a problem and it has come back with another problem. The service department has long wait times and the service is sub-par at best. I took my car in for an oil leak and they diagnosed a hose replacement. The hose was 75.00 the LABOR was 347.00 I paid my bill and went on my way. Within one hour of pick up my engine light came on and my car sounded like a tank. Now mind you, before taking it in the car ran fine, it was leaking oil but it showed no engine light and it ran smoothly. Prior to this visit, I took it in for an oil change and after that the diagnostic (slippery when wet) sign was disabled. Prior to that it took 8 hours for a 2 hour job. The service person forgot about me and my car. My service person was John G. He was great! It was everyone else that has been awful. This dealership is horrible. More
