Worst experience I’ve ever had. I was quoted a monthly note with taxes & tags. When I got to the dealership to sign the papers I was told tags not included. The GM came to speak to me and didn’t apologiz note with taxes & tags. When I got to the dealership to sign the papers I was told tags not included. The GM came to speak to me and didn’t apologize for their error but rudely talked down to me (actually to my husband who was not purchasing the car) and said “we didn’t tell you that, we can’t do that, you know better”. Their employee made the mistake and didn’t correct himself and we were called liars. More
