Mercedes-Benz of Collierville Dec 6, 2022 lanevanessa78 I traded my car for a SUV October 1, 2022 and it took over a month for payoff. This resulted in calls and harassing letters from Mercedes Financial Services due to the fact Mercedes Collierville had not paid the traded car off. I explained to MFS the car was traded, i was informed to take it up with the dealership but payment was pass due and a negative report would be sent to the credit bureaus. After many daily calls to MB Collierville and voicemails for over a month. I finally received a call back and had to go in a re-sign additional paper work. During this process of waiting for a call back, i was advised to make a payment which would be sent back to me once everything was resolved. However, after speaking to the Byran in finances the first payment on the SUV would be extended one month. Now, I owe additional money and my payment would not be returned. Obviously, someone failed to do what was right with this whole deal and I got caught in the middle holding the bag with a hole in it. I tried endlessly to call the manager Hal Williams to no avail. I guess calling the president of the United States would have been easier. This is my last purchase from this dealership.
