I have owned two Mercedes during the past 9 years. I am a loyal customer to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. However, I opted to try this location because of convenience. Initially, I arrived at your establishment on Saturday morning at 11:38 a.m. I was greeted on the service drive by a nice young man. I failed to get his name, but he was African American with glasses and for lack of better word short in stature. However, he was most pleasant and I asked about an oil change, He confidently directed me to "Charlie." I went to his service desk to ask about an oil change. He informed me that I could not get one because of the cars that were there, and they closed at two. I was disappointed. He told me to come back on Monday. I asked if I needed an appointment since I have to be at work by 8:55 a.m. He replied, "No, I will remember you." I might have a distinct face, but I am sure there are plenty of women with Black C300s. My goal was to ensure that I would indeed receive service in a timely manner since I had to go to work. I really had no plans of returning to Mercedes Benz of Collierville after Saturday. I thought to myself, I will just go where I am accustomed to going. However, on Monday, I decided this was best for my schedule. When I arrived, I was graciously greeted by a young lady named Doris. I told her I needed an oil change. She invited me inside. From there, it was a strictly pleasant and professional experience. She assured me I would be done in time to go to work. She provided a raincheck for my car wash. When we went over the suggested services for my vehicle, she provided options and told me to contact her when I was ready to move forward with the claim for my warranty. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She directed me to get a battery for my key. Furthermore, her pleasant and professional attitude helped to get my day started on a positive note. As I previously stated, I am a loyal customer to Mercedes Benz of Memphis. However, after my experience with Doris Merritt, I will be back if she is assisting me. I hope there are more service advisors like her. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. More

Those men were Mr.Michael Mayes & Mr.Edgar Henry.These men I feel, went above & beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of making my car purchase.I told Mike what I wanted & I was not bombarded with a whole lot of other foolishness.He brought exactly what I wanted for me to look at.And then I was told I would need to see his Manager & then I said to my husband "now this is where the foolishness is going to start" & I found my self getting very agitated.That's when I had what turned out to be a surprise & great pleasure to meet Edgar.He was quite Awesome in his own right!! Before I was finished I was laughing & crying @ the same time!!!! Mercedes Benz of Collierville is the best place & has two of the greatess men(they probably have other great people there too I'm sure) but I know about Mike &Edgar (I'm just saying)they made my day.Treated me like family.Thankyou Mike & Edgar.Folks go see them & ask for them by name.
