The Business Manager explains the extras, but once you pay for them, you realize that by the time you need them, they will have expired for mileage, so they are useless. This dealership has been a nightmare to work once I left the lot with my vehicle. As we all may know, when canceling a gap policy, it's prorated. I called for almost 2 months trying to get the cancelation p the lot with my vehicle. As we all may know, when canceling a gap policy, it's prorated. I called for almost 2 months trying to get the cancelation processed with no callbacks until I asked for the store manager. Then the call came and I was advised that I would have the check by the end of February. It's March, still no check. I called and asked for the store manager and when asked what about? Was told "someone" would call me back. They continued to give the reason for no call back was because they were so busy. Do not expect to be treated well once you leave the lot. This team doesn't lead sales for customer service. Just sales. More
