David Gardner is great, he’ll do whatever it takes to get you into the right car. That said, some room for the dealership to improve. I am disappointed. First time purchasing a brand new Mercedes car, and it's quality was very unsatisfactory. First, two door covers were not properly fitted into the do First time purchasing a brand new Mercedes car, and it's quality was very unsatisfactory. First, two door covers were not properly fitted into the door where was a gap between the door and the plastic frame. (fixed) There were also multiple scratches on the exterior of the car (fixed). On the driver side the handle leather was peeling. The brakes keep on making a thumping noise and the sales mangers told us that all of the new Mercedes GLES brakes make this sound. I don't feel very good with this really loud noise. I also finally got my second key today after waiting a week. I am not sure if this is a big deal but it seems like the dealership took another cars key and reprogrammed it to my car (they didn't dispose of the original tag Which says GLE 350 GREEN) my car is red. Now we are waiting on scheduling an appointment for leather works and brakes check but it taking forever. They don't answer our calls and we always have to come physically to the dealership to get any kind of update. Todays update was wait for the call. I don't have time to be going to the dealership every day to ask for an appointment to get my new car fixed. Overall, I am very sad that my dream car came out like this, I have always believed that Mercedes had the best quality in luxury vehicles, but now I really don't think so anymore. More
I'm very happy with this dealership. I had a persnickety issue with a steering wheel squeak. Of course, it wouldn't squeak when I brought it in so they told me to come without an appoin I had a persnickety issue with a steering wheel squeak. Of course, it wouldn't squeak when I brought it in so they told me to come without an appointment if it was happening and a mechanic would come out and listen to it. That's what I did and they tracked down and fixed the issue. Very nice people. More
