Broughjt my car in for Warranted Haz switch module that was installed and defective for two month. I always clean my car before bringing it in and left some conditioner on the dash and in some places didn' was installed and defective for two month. I always clean my car before bringing it in and left some conditioner on the dash and in some places didn't wipe it all off thoroughly. They took video of that and said that was the cause for them denying the warrantee on the part! I explained to them that the problem started to month ago with the Haz switch failing and that I just an hour earlier had put that conditioner on so it couldn't have went back in time and created the problem! They wouldn't listen, as it gave them the excuse to deny the warranty that they needed. Worst customer service ever as I live just done the block and I wouldn't allow them to touch my car or make me feel like a nuisence again if I had to service my car 30 miles away in Miami or Orlando. Shame on Coconut Creek Mercedes, just really terrible customer service and taking advantage of a veteran. NO RESPECT whatso ever! Terrible!!! More
