Even though the car was sold to someone in the showroom Jose continued to follow up with me to ensure that my needs were met. He may have just emailed his way into another sale in the near future. I had a terrible day, after terrible treatment from another dealer, I was ready to just give up. Jose R. and Anthony Toscano were truly amazing. The dealership had all types of million dollar cars and all types of million dollar customers shopping for their next mercedes. I am just a regular guy, on a regular budget, Anthony and Jose and Darrin and the team treated me with the greatest respect and understanding of my needs. They treated me as though I was buying a 212,000 top of the line Mercedes when I was trading in my Mercedes for a new Smart car. I was very small potatoes compared to most of the other customers purchases. But as I said before, they had the greatest respect and concern for me especially when it came to the amount needed and expected for my trade in. (There was not the slightest bit of that "USED CAR SALESMAN" feeling at all) When it comes to customer service, it wouldn't hurt for other dealerships to take notes from these guys. Friendliness, yes, they had it in spades, but one can find that at any dealership, the difference with these guys was, I was in a bad mood from a terrible experience from a previous dealership, I was upset, I expected them to be like all the other dealerships, but I was very very surprised, more like overwhelmed by their respect, and sincerity. Now lets get down to what really matters, who cares how nice a sales person is and how fancy a dealership is if you don't get the price you are looking for. I was very direct with these guys, I told them that I needed a certain amount for my payoff of my vehicle I wanted to trade in, I told them I wasn't in the mood for playing the "Let me check with my manager" game. I told him what I was looking to buy, they had so many different cars, what a great selection, while I was trying to figure out what would suit me best, Anthony had me look at a Smart car, not wasting my time looking at cars that were not in my budget, but very respectfully brought up the idea of the 2013 Smart. I was amazed, he was a down to earth real guy, not trying to rope me into something that was I not looking for, just so he could get a higher commission or bonus sales points. Now the overall experience; Everyone from the head God Manager to the sales team and just about anyone else who walked by, made sure that I was being helped and looked after, even sales people who were helping other people. Jose who handled the internet sales stuff went out of his way to meet me after we had spoken on the phone. Even Jackie who I had not had the chance to meet, had me laughing on the phone when I spoke with her. When was the last time that a customer could say that a car dealership had them laughing and having a great time. So yes, when it comes to overall experience, this place ROCKS! By the way, I drove out of my way to get to this place, and I have to say, it really was worth it. I love my new Smart Car, I want to keep it forever, but realistically, I will be looking for a new car in a few years, perhaps one of those Million dollar Mercedes, who knows, but I do know this, whatever I buy, it will be from these guys. When a customer, any customer regardless of income or socioeconomic level is treated poorly, that has repercussions for a business that no amount of marketing and advertising can repair. But when a customer is treated with the kind of RESPECT that this dealership has shown me. That is priceless. A company just can't buy that kind of positive advertising. So, for what it is worth. 2 hr service appt turned into 3+ HOURS, even though i bought the car at this dealership, they didn't offer a loaner car until i was at the dealership and had already arranged for someone to pick me up. bought the car at this dealership, they didn't offer a loaner car until i was at the dealership and had already arranged for someone to pick me up. my car has 3k miles and they said i needed a new right front tire. asked the service manager to show me what was wrong with it, he couldn't find anything wrong. called to speak with my service writer while car was being serviced, after 7 minutes on hold, i was told he was busy with another customer and would have to call me back. picked up the car, it wasn't even washed. i have owned 9 mercedes benz over the past 19 yrs and have never experienced such horrible customer service More
I stopped in just to "look" at what Mercedes had to offer, fully intending to visit several other brands before making a final decesion. Needless to say, I drove a new Mercedes home that afterno had to offer, fully intending to visit several other brands before making a final decesion. Needless to say, I drove a new Mercedes home that afternoon. Kristine Partin patiently answered all my questions as she took me through the various models. I did not see a reason to continue looking at other brands and have been very happy with my new vehicle. I had to go back only for help with using some of the new electronics, specifically connecting my phone to the blue tooth. I was given the time and help that i needed. I particularily liked getting a free car wash while there. Overall, this has been an outstandig experience. More

My lease was up and I went to the dealer to ask about my options. I met Marty and he walked me through the process. I told him I wanted to find a 1-2 yr old E350 with very specific color and equipment. He w options. I met Marty and he walked me through the process. He was able to look all over Florida and after a short while he found me just what I wanted and brought it to his store for me to see. It was better than I had hoped for! Perfect condition, low miles and certified. He even showed me things about the car that i had on my old one and never knew. Great job Marty , see you in a few years and we will do it again. More
We were on a family vacation passing thru Broward in our Mercedes GL when we noticed the tire pressure indicator came on. Our Navigation system directed us to the nearest dealer. We picked up a nail in the Mercedes GL when we noticed the tire pressure indicator came on. Our Navigation system directed us to the nearest dealer. We picked up a nail in the side wall and needed a new tire. While there we met Marty Barnel, I told him that we were only getting a tire replaced just wanted to look around to kill some time. He was open and friendly and took time to answer some questions. While there he pointed out a new ML63 that my husband fell in love with. He offered us a test drive ( even though he new we lived hundreds of miles away and not really looking to buy a new Mercedes). Well, 30 minutes later we made a deal, traded in our GL and were on our way again in our new ML63 AMG!!! Marty did an outstanding job and made what was going to be a major inconvienence into a fun and memorable experience. I would highly recomend Marty and the rest of the crew at MB of Coconut Creek.
