Had my 1st 10K maintenance service at the dealership. The service was fine, but I did want a warranty covered repair for a minor dent on driver quarter panel and a minor paint chip/scratch by the driver The service was fine, but I did want a warranty covered repair for a minor dent on driver quarter panel and a minor paint chip/scratch by the driver door handle repair. I was suppose to receive a call the next service day, but have as of now two days, received none. Not a very good followup from the dealership. More

I hate taking my Sprinters to any Mercedes dealer but then you're forced when there's a recall and they have to fix it. This time it was for the DEF Bluetec system which has been an ongoing problem with then you're forced when there's a recall and they have to fix it. This time it was for the DEF Bluetec system which has been an ongoing problem with all Sprinters. First of all, you can't get the parts you need and then no one knows how to fix the DEF system. There are many parts to check on the recall list but the dealer only checks one thing at a time and then if they think that one thing fixes the issue they stop checking the other parts. This is not the correct way to fix the Sprinters. Many parts work together to fix the DEF system, not just one. Then it seems like each time I went to this dealer something else coincidentally went wrong while the vehicle is there and immediately after I drove it off the lot. And then the service advisors try to explain to you that nothing was their fault, even for not checking something they should have before I drove it away. Thus, my vehicle has been there way too many times and seems to live at this dealer. And now my wallet is being emptied by the dealer because of all the new things going wrong there. More
