I called and made an appointment for a fluid leak on Sat. 10/8 at 10:51 A.M., and was assigned to Charles for an 11:30 appointment. When I got there I was told to have a seat and Charles will be notified, 30 10/8 at 10:51 A.M., and was assigned to Charles for an 11:30 appointment. When I got there I was told to have a seat and Charles will be notified, 30 min later and no one came, I went to check and was told Charles went to drop off a car and I was assigned to Fransisco, and they were trying to locate him. Then he came, was very nice, and said it will take 2-3 hours to let me know of the diagnosis, I request a wash and vacuum and was offered a ride, but the family picks me up. Three hours passed and no one called, I called 2 times and left a message requesting a status, no one called me back, called the 3rd time an hour later and was finally put to Charles. He advised that it looks like it is a radiator leak, but it had not been checked yet and the car needs to stay for a longer time as it may take up to 5 days to order and receive the part. I was very upset that I stayed the entire day waiting for an update! Instead of the promised 2-3 hours, I waited about 5 hours and the car hasn't been checked yet, I told Charles that I always have bad experiences at the Coconut Creek Location and to just top the car with fluid and I will come to pick it up, When I got there the car was not even washed or vacuumed, he apologized and asked if wanted it washed, I said it was too late and took it elsewhere. Charles explained that he did not have me on the books and the problem was the scheduling person putting me on a tight schedule on a Saturday, and being promised to hear back 2-3 hours later. Every time I go to Coconut Creek Mercedes, I regret it as they DO NOT know how to handle Hybrid! I hope to never take my car there again! More

GLE 2022 Less than 50 miles purchased not even 2 months ago and now giving problems. It keeps alarming the 12v battery is not being charged. It was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in sales. After a lot of back and forth, they said they repaired it. Now 2 weeks later, I am getting the same message. After speaking with Arthur, a sales associate, I can honestly say I will never again be purchasing a Mercedes. They do not care about any issues or helping you, just xxxxxxx you dry. Mercedes’ sounds fancy but poor manufacturing. This brand new car is giving issues already and instead of giving options to change to another one, Mercedes has to buy it back and you will have an upside down balance. This is Mercedes’ default, not my fault! More
