Bought my 2023 Mercedes GLA 250 here in mid-October after having lost my prior vehicle to Hurricane Ian. I was actually looking for a used car, but the new GLA 250 ended up being the best match (for me) in style, value, and function. Rashid and Jose were extremely helpful, very pleasant, and genuinely interested in helping me find a car that checked all my boxes. They took their time showing me different cars (including non-Mercedes used cars) and explained the pros and cons of the different cars I looked at based on what I told them I was interested in. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or rushed. I surprised myself by choosing a new car, but it had all the features I wanted and none of the bells and whistles that I didn't want. Overall, very happy with the experience here and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff in general. More
