Bought my 2023 Mercedes GLA 250 here in mid-October after having lost my prior vehicle to Hurricane Ian. Rashid and Jose were extremely helpful, very pleasant, and genuinely interested in helping me find a car that checked all my boxes. They took their time showing me different cars (including non-Mercedes used cars) and explained the pros and cons of the different cars I looked at based on what I told them I was interested in. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or rushed. I surprised myself by choosing a new car, but it had all the features I wanted and none of the bells and whistles that I didn't want. Overall, very happy with the experience here and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff in general. More
