Many dealers charge up to $75K over sticker price for a Maybach or a G-Wagon. Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek (MBCC) does not charge a premium over sticker to their loyal clients that purchase multiple cars Maybach or a G-Wagon. Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek (MBCC) does not charge a premium over sticker to their loyal clients that purchase multiple cars from the dealership, service the car with the dealership and finance the car with Mercedes Benz Financial (MBF) services. Being a Loyal Customer is rewarded and that is why we have purchased 7 vehicles with MBCC, we have financed all the vehicles with MBF and we do all our services with MBCC. We even buy our tires and change windshields with MBCC. Jose Rosario is our sales agent and our friend that always treats us right. More
The dealer experience is what I would expect from Mercedes Benz - ten out of ten. The people that I dealt with (Jeff Boraks and my salesman David Falkenstrom) were very knowledgeable and courteous Mercedes Benz - ten out of ten. I noticed a fuel smell while under warranty and left the van at the dealer for over a week as I refused to pick up the van without a repair but I finally accepted to pick up if it was noted in the system that I had a complaint about this for liability purposes and put a fire extinguisher in the van just in case. This fuel smell continued but it’s expensive to the business to be down a service truck so I continued to drive it up until 2 weeks ago when I was inspecting the engine bay and saw fuel leaking in the engine bay. I brought the van to the dealership for regular maintenance and to replace a few worn parts as well as fix the fuel leak and was denied coverage on the fuel leak that was reported while under warranty and quoted $1,600 to replace hoses that were purchased from the dealer for less than $200. I had let this go, typical dealership bs, told them to continue with the rest of the work and I would pick it up. I paid in advance for a speedy delivery and came to pick up the van on Friday morning. While I was waiting, I went to the parts dept to get a few things and after ordering and paying, the van still wasn’t ready. I asked my adviser what was happening (20 minutes had passed since they had gone to get the van) . Finally after 45 minutes, I saw them looking though keys and I asked for a loaner while they figured their stuff out. I was told that no loaners are provided and was offered a shuttle hike which was in an old generation c250 in so-so condition. No follow up all of Friday and had to call in a favor with the sales manager to finally find the missing key Saturday. Picked up the car, no apology, no complimentary wash. I get better service with Kia and don’t plan on ever buying a Mercedes again. So sad to see such a great company turn to be so bad. More
