Cars are not up to par for delivery as I had to go back and ask them for the wheel lock, they couldn't find it so they just removed the the lock nuts on the wheel and didn't replace all the studs. I am extremely disappointed at this “luxury dealership”. I’m a client for over 15 years and I just trade in my old lease with them, at the sales point it was all flowers and then the nightmare dealership”. The same day the airbag light turned on, and I had to leave my brand new car at the dealer for another 4 days so they could fix it, then they took a payment that they were not supposed to from my account and I have been trying for a month to have my money back and they refused to refund me. The manager Locksley were VERY rude to me, cutting me off and not letting me explain, then he hang up on me. Now they are blaming on the miles t of tie old car when they accepted the deal as is. Unacceptable I feel robbed and disrespected! More
