The pricing, which was discussed and negotiated in advance, was honored to the dollar and there were no "games" at any point, as expected from a premium product dealership. David, the sales representative was very nice and eager to help. If I had to offer one point of improvement, I'd say that it is important to know everything about the product that you sell. That applies to such items as range of driving, power or features of the vehicle, as well as the differences between the different models. I think that being in possession of such knowledge instils confidence in prospective buyers and makes the transaction smoother. More
