Car buying made simple! I bought my first Mercedes here in 2007 from Bill Ashe. My overall experience was so satisfying that I returned to buy another car from him in 2009 an I bought my first Mercedes here in 2007 from Bill Ashe. My overall experience was so satisfying that I returned to buy another car from him in 2009 and 2 more cars for family members in 2011. Since then, I have introduced several friends to Bill. They have all subsequently purchased cars through him. I highly recommend him because he listens intently and works hard to satisfy the needs of each customer. He is easy to work with and thorough. He attends to every detail and simplifies the process. Overall, he is outstanding! More

Very smooth transaction and no hassles with Alexander Duke I did my research and went into the dealership knowing the vehicle that I wanted. Tony Pineiro has been our salesman for the last 9 cars, he has been extremely professional with a great knowledge of the products and very helpful in the selection of our cars. Tony Pinero has always taken care of me in a most professional yet friendly mannner. He works for you, makes recomendations and explains why he makes them. With the high level of technology available in todays cars Tony explains and teaches the 'how to's' in setting up the options which will best fill your needs. His product knowleges is complete and he keeps hiself constantly updated like a fine Doctor. And if it should happen to be a 'preowned' Mercedes I am interested in he will offer to assist in any way possible. He is 'My Man'! Kimberly Love in Service has always directed me in the right direction when it comes to service requirements, needs, and repairs. I've worked with he for 12 years and never had a unpleasant experience. Eric the Service Manager is most polite, helpful, and friendly in the event I have had a problem to what we call 'Pilot Error' and gives me the feeling of confidence that repairs will be correct to specifications and fairly priced. And of course the Princess of Paperwork is Karen Williams who guides me thru extending warranties, license, title, insurance, and finance plans available and makes certain the ever increasing governmental requirements are complete - i's dotted and t's crossed.
