Their particular recommendation was for their salesman Russel Bauer. Upon contacting Russel and completing my purchase, I can see why they only prefer him. Simply Amazing I have been going to this dealership for years. My first experience had been with the service department where I meet the wonderful Kimberly Love. Aft I have been going to this dealership for years. My first experience had been with the service department where I meet the wonderful Kimberly Love. After that I purchased my second Mercedes Benz. After purchasing that vehicle I meet Sandy, and Karen and all I can saw is WOW... I must admit that I am not an easy person to work with as I can be picky but Sandy listened to me and took care of everything. She treated me as if I was a part of her family. Once she had found me the perfect fit for my situation Karen took care of the rest and got the best deal and I am now in my third Mercedes Benz. Everyone of these people have been wonderful to work with.. They all treat me like I am a person, and not just a future sale. I am so glad I found this dealer, and I will keep going back in the future. More

Exceptional Service! It was just a few weeks ago that I began my car search online and was put in touch with John Sauer. I explained what I was looking for and within an It was just a few weeks ago that I began my car search online and was put in touch with John Sauer. I explained what I was looking for and within an hour he replied back with two vehicles that fit the profile! I chose one and it was delivered to their dealership immediately after production. I asked that my husband and I only come in one time to view the car and proceed with the process. Not only was he extremely accommodating, but he had everything ready and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. He introduced us to Karen Williams who was also very professional and explained some things to us that no one had ever done in past car buying experiences. Again, she was very organized and made signing everything so easy. After this, John took me to the car and spent nearly an hour going over every button and every detail!! He asked if I had questions and encouraged me to call anytime with concerns. I drove away in a beautiful vehicle, just what I asked for, knowing how to operate everything, and no hassles.
