I went to Lokey and spoke with Joe Reviere who took information about my present vehicle and what I was looking for. after three visits I now lease a 2015 C300 and love it!!!!!! Joe was very helpful while, at the same time, allowing me enough time to make a decision. needless to say, the majority opinion among family and friends was why would I buy in florida when I could return to NJ to my previous dealer ANSWER..Lokey was great with service on my previous vehicle and even better with the lease. New Car Purchase We went into the dealership while having our C320 serviced to look at a new SLK. We were referred to Russel Bauer by Brian Collins in service. He came to greet us in the service department and promptly escorted us to the lot. We looked at and drove the SLK and then did the same with a showroom C300. Russel was patient, knowledgeable, extremely professional and worked with us to try and match the best vehicle to our lifestyle. He worked with us on pricing and a trade-in with our current vehicle. Because of this we purchased a 2015 C300 that we LOVE. He has touched base with us twice since then and has made sure we are comfortable with our purchase and all the technology it offers. Austin Lokey spent almost two hours with us on the technology and was extremely thorough. Lokey is lucky to have such great professionals as Russell, Brian and Austin on their staff. In fact, this car (2014 GLK) was the third Mercedes that I purchased from Lokey, my first being a 300SE back in the 90s. I knew Marc when he was with that other dealership in Pinellas County and he has been very good about following up and keeping in touch with me through the years. He contacted me this past week about another car and Karen Williams worked with him to find the perfect car for my situation and lifestyle. I have wanted a GLK for quite sometime and I have to say, I cannot be happier with the 2014 that they sold me! It is exactly what I wanted and I am in love with the color. Throughout this all, everyone that I interacted with in the dealership made this a wonderful car-buying experience. I will not hesitate to recommend Lokey and Marc to anyone that asks me where to purchase a car.
