Phenomenal Customer Service! Russel happened to call me from previous service and asked for the opportunity to earn my business - and boy did he! Right out of the gate was very attentive, working hard to handle all my considerations; and was very competitive to Tampa's "best price". I opted for a custom order. And when I voiced my disappointment that the build was delayed, Russel immediately jumped on finding alternative solutions. He found one I lived in Miami and had it brought up in less than 2 days. Doing the paperwork and picking up the car, I have never such a pleasurable experience. Every person I worked with was extremely professional, courteous, and never any pressure sales tactics. I recommend anyone to visit this dealership to see what real customer service is all about. More
