I have zero tolerance for unethical shady people and businesses. While Cody in sales was a delight to work with, Kirk in the finance department is your typical shady car guy. I came into Mercedes of Clearwater with a link to a 2017 C300 I was interested in. Cody showed me the car and we proceeded with paperwork and then was sent to Kirk’s office where I told him I had my own financing. He immediately told me they do not accept outside financing. I said I had just been at Mercedes of Tampa and they would accept it, why not? He told me it was a different owner and he had gotten burned before so did not accept it. Kirk then proceeded to quote me an interest rate double what mine was so I got up to leave. He back pedaled and offered me a lower rate and also told me there was currently a promotion for $500 off the first payment and that should get me close to what I was looking for. My first payment has now been withdrawn for the full amount. When I reached out I was told that the $500 promotion was not applicable to the year I purchased, he must have mistakenly told me the wrong info. When I posted my negative review on Facebook their response revealed another lie - they actually DO accept outside financing, but made a story up about all the details, trying to gaslight me and the general public. I purchased a 2013 S-Class on November 19, 2021. No mention that the car only had one key until I paid for the vehicle. They advertised the original, and then three different price adjustments up each mention that the car only had one key until I paid for the vehicle. IMO a horrible misrepresentation. More

Just took delivery of my EQS 450+.and I could not be happier. Anthony Pineiro is the hardest working car salesman in the world. Twice now he has gone out of his way to find me the car I wanted.
