Greig Larsen, my sales person deserves 5 stars! Kirk, the finance person deserves negative stars. I paid cash, because I was not financing or buying an extended warranty, I went to the bottom of t Kirk, the finance person deserves negative stars. He also takes care of explaining cost versus benefit which might differ from buyer to buyer. Thanks to Tony we placed the order some months ago which saved us a substantial amount of money as we avoided recent price increases. Did all the financing paperwork and had a decision before I even set foot out my door. Ryan did an amazing job explaining all the features of my C300 as a first time Mercedes buyer. They also offered the best price I found from any dealership for this same year/model as a used car, and the warranties offered made buying direct from MB certified pre-owned program instead of a non MB lot a no brainer. They were also able to beat my credit union's financing offer. Highly recommend. More
